Este espacio tiene como fin ofrecer información sobre la tesis doctoral que he estado desarrollando desde mis comienzos como estudiante de doctorado en el 2012. Un proyecto enmarcado dentro de las líneas de investigación promovidas desde el Departamento de Sociología III (Tendencias Sociales), de la Facultad de Ciencias Políticas y Sociología (UNED).
Iniciado en el 2012 con el título provisional «Las asociaciones de personas inmigrantes como actores sociales y políticos», y defendida en noviembre del 2019 bajo el título «Acciones colectivas y movilidad transnacional: participación, agencia política y formas de organización asociativa en la Comunidad de Madrid», este trabajo tiene como objetivo el análisis de la participación política, profesional y social a través de la herramienta del asociacionismo, atendiendo a los contextos de movilidad transnacional, y sus diversas estrategias, opiniones y agendas.
Como cierre final, quisiera agradecer a todas las organizaciones, activistas, profesionales, y personas voluntarias entrevistadas, su tiempo y apoyo. Sin ellos/as no hubiese sido posible este trabajo. También quisiera agradecer sus comentarios y observaciones a lo largo de este largo proceso de aprendizaje.

This space aims to provide information about the doctoral dissertation that I have been developing since my beginnings as a phd student in 2012. This project is part of the research lines promoted by the Sociology Department III (Social Trends), Faculty of Political Science and Sociology (UNED).
Initiated in 2012 with the provisional title «»The associations of immigrant population as social and political actors»», and defended in November 2019 under the definitive title «Collective actions and transnational mobility: participation, political agency and forms of associative organization in the Community of Madrid», this work has as objective the analysis of political, professional and social participation through associationism, attending to the contexts of transactional mobility and its strategies, opinions and agendas.
I would like to thank all the interviewed organizations, activists, professionals, and volunteers for their time and support. This work would not have been possible without them. I would also like to thank their comments and observations throughout this learning process.
